For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "88bos", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 88bos online gaming platform, accessible at https://88bos.pro, and its affiliated operating entities.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the 88bos platform and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Platform" refers to the 88bos website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming software, tools, and services made available to Members.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created upon successful completion of the 88bos registration process, containing the member's personal details, wallet balance, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Member into their 88bos account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via an approved payment method, and which are available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds, free spins credits, cashback amounts, or other incentive credits allocated to a Member's account by 88bos, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the minimum total bet amount that a Member must place before a Bonus Balance — or winnings derived therefrom — may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process conducted by 88bos to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the 88bos Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by 88bos policy.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, sportsbook markets, financial transactions, customer support, and ancillary features available through the Platform.

By creating an account on the 88bos Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, on your own initiative, and solely for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the Platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of 88bos or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or technology partners;
• You have not been self-excluded from any gaming platform, and you are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order from any gambling regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

88bos reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. 88bos shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a Member who provided false eligibility representations at the time of registration.

It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. Online gambling regulations vary significantly across Indonesia's provinces and municipalities; 88bos provides no legal advice and accepts no responsibility for a Member's compliance obligations under local law.

To access the full range of Services offered by 88bos, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process and ongoing account management:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 88bos Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts other than the earliest-created account may be permanently closed and any associated balances forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 88bos promptly of any changes via the account settings or support channels.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 88bos will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you, unless you have reported unauthorized access to 88bos immediately upon discovery.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): 88bos operates a mandatory KYC program. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
5. Contact Details: You must maintain a valid, active Indonesian mobile number on your account at all times. This number is used for OTP verification on new-device logins, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts. 88bos is not liable for losses resulting from a Member's failure to maintain accurate contact details.

All financial transactions on the 88bos Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 88bos does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. 88bos currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via approved e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Member's account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside standard hours may experience processing delays of up to 60 minutes. 88bos is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 88bos reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with prior notice to affected Members.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's verified Real Money Balance, net of any Bonus Balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements;
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during standard hours;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• 88bos reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times by up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 88bos operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Transactions flagged as potentially suspicious may be delayed pending review. 88bos reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notification to the Member.

4.6 Fees. 88bos does not charge Members fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 88bos has no control. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are IDR-denominated.

88bos offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins credits, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before the Bonus Balance — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions at the time of offer.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Where a bonus is designated for new Members, it may be claimed only once per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim a new-member bonus using multiple accounts will result in account closure.
3. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the Member's account.
4. Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are detailed in the relevant promotional terms.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of a bonus offer is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount, as specified in the promotional terms. Winnings exceeding this cap derived from bonus play may be removed from the account balance.
6. Misuse of Promotions: 88bos reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any account where promotional terms are being abused. Abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk or matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering activity among Members, and any other conduct that 88bos determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

88bos is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conditions govern Members' use of all gaming Services available on the Platform:

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG). All slot games, virtual table games, and number-based products on the 88bos Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited by a recognized third-party testing laboratory to ensure that game outcomes are truly random, unbiased, and free from manipulation by either the Platform or the Member.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The dealing, shuffling, and wheel-spinning procedures are conducted by trained dealers in full view of the camera. 88bos has no ability to influence the outcomes of live dealer games.

6.3 Sportsbook & Odds. Sportsbook odds are set by 88bos and are subject to change without notice until the point at which a bet is confirmed. Pre-match odds and in-play odds are displayed in real time. Accepted bets are binding and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in circumstances where 88bos determines that a manifest error has occurred in the odds (see Clause 6.4 below).

6.4 Manifest Errors. In the event that a game outcome, sportsbook odds figure, payout rate, or promotional offer is published or settled incorrectly due to a manifest error — including but not limited to human error, software malfunction, data feed failure, or pricing error — 88bos reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions and restore affected account balances to their pre-error state. 88bos will not be held liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from a manifest error.

6.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network or platform disconnection during an active game round, 88bos's server-side records shall be the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection. If a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, it will be completed automatically using the server-side record and the outcome communicated to the Member upon reconnection. 88bos is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Member's internet service provider or device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88bos Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, IP address, or payment method;
• Using any automated bot, script, software tool, or artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games, or perform account actions without genuine human decision-making involvement;
• Colluding with other Members, Platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed systematically to exploit promotional offers, bonus terms, or odds discrepancies across platforms;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or place of residence during registration or the KYC process;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymization services for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or security controls;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another Member's account, or to any system, database, or network operated by 88bos;
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful communications through any 88bos communication channel, including live chat, support tickets, or community features;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or any associated infrastructure.

All content on the 88bos Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "88bos", logo, website design, graphical interface, software code, game assets, promotional imagery, written content, and structural architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88bos or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Members to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Distribute, publish, broadcast, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 88bos;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary designation appearing on any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 88bos intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the Member to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

88bos collects, processes, and stores personal data from Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 88bos Privacy Policy.

In summary, 88bos collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account creation, identity verification (KYC), and ongoing account management;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions in compliance with AML obligations;
• Personalizing the gaming experience, delivering targeted promotional communications (where consented), and improving Platform functionality;
• Fraud detection, security monitoring, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
• Providing customer support services and responding to Member inquiries.

88bos does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game technology suppliers) who are contractually bound to process data solely for the purposes specified by 88bos and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

88bos is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools available to all registered Members from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase in an existing limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may temporarily restrict access to their account for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, the account is inaccessible for gameplay but withdrawals of Real Money Balances remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may contact our support team to initiate a permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed once confirmed.

88bos enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all Services. Age verification checks are conducted during the KYC process and may be triggered at any point during a Member's account lifecycle. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any bonus funds received.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bos's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that Member's verified account at the time the claim arises.

88bos shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or 88bos had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature;
• Losses arising from the Member's own failure to maintain the security of login credentials;
• Losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or any other circumstances beyond 88bos's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proved to be inaccurate due to a data feed error or manifest mistake;
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to the Member's bank, e-wallet provider, or internet service provider.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 88bos's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 Termination by Member. A Member may close their account at any time by contacting the 88bos customer support team. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 88bos will process the closure within 48 hours. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus Balances and any wagering progress attached thereto will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Termination by 88bos. 88bos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute from the Member's bank or payment provider;
• Detection of duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure;
• Any conduct that 88bos determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, other Members, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

Where an account is closed by 88bos due to confirmed fraudulent conduct or material breach, 88bos reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including any Real Money Balance, and to pursue recovery of any losses caused to 88bos or third parties through all available legal channels.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88bos holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to the 88bos customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, as determined by 88bos at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 88bos from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including prevention of fraud, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, or breach of intellectual property rights.

Members acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change and that it remains the Member's sole responsibility to monitor and comply with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction of residence. 88bos makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

88bos reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88bos will provide notice to Members via one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an email to the registered Member email address, or an in-account notification.

Amendments take effect 7 calendar days after the date of notice for existing Members, or immediately for new Members registering after the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms & Conditions, their sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1. Members who close their account within the 7-day notice period will have their Real Money Balance returned without penalty.
